Housing our award-winning celebration venue and the region’s premier golf facility, we have very recently benefited from a multi-million pound sale and club refurbishment, with the notable and subtle upgrades complementing our traditional and classic venue whilst modernising facilities for the benefit of all guests.
Established in 1896 and situated at our current site since 1932, the affectionately nicknamed ‘The Gleneagles of the Midlands’ is the county’s oldest golf club.
A stunning location designed by the legendary James Braid, the golf club and The Causeway Estate features glorious scenes of outstanding beauty and views of the Shropshire Hills, the Brecon Beacons and the Malverns. Set within 148 acres of Herefordshire country, our new interior within the Estate now has a light modern contemporary décor throughout the open plan room, an access ramp which has been built as part of a stunning new entrance and a balcony surrounding the upper floor of the building to take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. We are always thrilled to welcome new guests and to give the grand tour to prospective celebration venue clients, so do contact the team today to arrange.
